In 2014 I completed my PhD student in software engineering at Victoria University of Wellington, researching software architecture in agile software development. A more detailed description of my research is on my research page.
Since then, I have been working with Wellington-based start-up Specialised Architecture Services (SpecArc). SpecArc was created to deliver quality IT architecture services and solutions based around a team of highly skilled, qualified professionals and a network of partners. Its approach is to deliver pragmatic, business-focused outcomes using the appropriate mix of skills and experience from the SpecArc team.
Prior to my PhD I was a telecommunications strategy consultant, providing technical advice at the economic and regulatory level to clients in the telecommunications industry.
I also provide support, training and consulting in the use of the telecommunications business modelling tool STEM on behalf of Implied Logic Ltd.
